Alexander moves to Scotland

Scotland goalkeeper Neil Alexander has joined Rangers from Ipswich Town on a three-and-a-half year deal brokered by World in Motion. The 29-year old who’s been capped three times by his country, moved to Portman Road from Cardiff City in July 2007 and has previously had spells with Livingston and Stenhousemuir. “As soon as I knew Rangers were interested in me, I didn’t have to think twice about coming here,” said Neil. “It’s a fantastic chance to join one of Europe’s biggest clubs. I’m grateful to Ipswich for not standing in my way.”
