Andy Evans. Director.
A founder member of World In Motion, Andy’s experience in the fields of commercial and sports law is one of the foundation stones of our success. Having established a reputation as a formidable lawyer with international law firm, Freshfields, Andy became a licensed FA players’ agent in 1997 and is now head of our football division. He works closely with all the company’s football clients and has successfully negotiated more than 300 transfers. He is fluent in French and Spanish and represents clubs home and abroad, helping them to find the finest talents around the globe.

Chris O'Donoghue. Non-Executive Chairman.
Chris has a wealth of experience in the world of media relations and has provided a guiding hand to World in Motion as its non-executive chairman. With more than 30 years experience, he acts as a media consultant for the firm and sits on a number of boards as chairman and non-executive director.

Bill Pethybridge. Licensed FA Players Agent.
Bill Pethybridge joined World in Motion in 2000 from a leading multi
discipline marketing agency, Exposure, where he was heavily involved in the
planning and implementation of nationwide promotional and marketing
campaigns. Prior to Exposure , Bill spent six years working as an Event
co-ordinator and travelled Europe working at high profile sporting events.
After gaining his FIFA licence in 2001 Bill has built up his own portfolio
of clients, and now represents a number of Premier League and Football
League players. As World in Motion has grown, Bill has taken on more
responsibility in terms of recruiting and managing young players and
developing our links with foreign players and their representatives.

James Lippett. Licensed FA Players Agent.
James has been working as an FA licensed agent since April 2008. After
cutting his teeth at New Era Global Sports, James joined the World in Motion
team in October 2010. James represents an impressive list of players, based
both in the UK and abroad and has established excellent relationships with a
number of top European clubs. This commitment to working in the European
market was rewarded when James negotiated one the biggest transfers in
Europe during the January 2011 transfer window.

Freddie Akehurst. Player Representative.
Having joined World in Motion in 2011, Freddie's background comes from five
years working in sports management, for two of which he held a position as
managing director of Nine Management. Freddie's gained a reputation as an
esteemed representation manager who delivers to his clients at speed with
valuable results. He prides himself on dedicating time to his clients and
works hard at fostering positive relationships within the industry at all
levels. Freddie also holds a degree in marketing and has spent time working
for Chelsea Football Club on commercial, marketing and press office affairs.

Charlie McNicholas. Player Representative.
Charlie joined the World in Motion team in 2011 and is responsible for the identification and recruitment of young emerging talent within the UK. Charlie, a graduate of Oxford University, is also proficient in three foreign languages, enabling him to play an integral role in the rapidly expanding overseas division of World in Motion.

Jonatan Johansson. Football Consultant.
Jonatan forms part of our Scandinavian Office, working principally in tandem with Bill Pethybridge. After a successful career as a player in both the Premier League and SPL, and more than 100 full Finland caps, Jonatan is able to call on a wealth of experience and contacts in order to aid our London office. Having joined the World in Motion team on a consultancy basis following his retirement from professional football, Jonatan now works as a scout and adviser for young talent across Europe.

Ãngelo Martins. Football Consultant.
Ãngelo is Head of our Portuguese Office and is based in Lisbon. Ãngelo is an ex-professional footballer, having come through the academy at Benfica and spent time at several other top flight Portuguese clubs. Ãngelo is fluent in four languages and has worked with players from all over the world. He has been successful in assembling a team of consultants, agents and scouts that covers all of Portugal and is now a vital component of the
World in Motion set-up.

Gabor Lucza. Football Consultant.
Gabor runs the Central European office for World in Motion and divides his time between Hungary and England. Gabor is a former Hungarian U19 player, whose career was cut short by injury at the age of 21. Before joining World in Motion, Gabor was with Nike Hungary for a number of years, forming relationships with clubs, players and corporates. Gabor has excellent relationships with a number of clubs in Central and Eastern Europe and has been integral in developing a successful Central European branch of the company.

Riley Taggart. Player Representative (Youth)
Riley co-ordinates our youth development programme. As a former schoolboy footballer with Chelsea and Fulham, he understands the requirements of young players who are trying to develop careers as professionals. He is responsible for recruiting and caring for our 15-20 year old players and helps them achieve long-term goals with the help of extra coaching and educational courses.
